Client data & access

When we deliver automation, AI or development work, the systems run in your own accounts. You retain ownership and control of your tools, data and credentials. We only access what you explicitly grant for the scope of a project, and only for as long as needed.

Google user data

When you connect your Google account to Linkrra, we request only the minimum permissions needed to run the automation you set up. Depending on the features you enable, this may include:

These tokens are stored securely on our servers and used only to operate the automations you configure. We never sell Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI/ML models.

We do not allow humans to read your Google user data, except: with your explicit consent; where necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse); to comply with applicable law; or in an aggregated, anonymized form for internal operations.

Limited Use.Linkrra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Linkrra's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing weare@linkrra.com to request deletion of your stored credentials and data.

Data sharing

We may use trusted third-party providers (e.g. email and hosting) to operate. They process data only on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us by emailing weare@linkrra.com.
