These terms govern your use of linkrra.com and the services provided by Linkrra ("we", "us"). By engaging us, you agree to them.
We provide AI workflow automation, AI agent development, smart-contract development and data services on a per-project basis. Each engagement is defined by a written scope, deliverables, timeline and price agreed in advance.
Fees and milestones are set out in each proposal. Invoices are due as stated in the agreed terms.
Smart-contract work includes tests, a gas review and a lightweight security pass with documented assumptions. A lightweight review is not a substitute for a formal third-party audit. For any contract handling real funds, you are responsible for commissioning an independent audit before mainnet deployment. We are not liable for losses arising from unaudited deployment.
We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed work.
